Element 17 was formed in early 2004 bringing together the professional skills and experience of a small team of Industrial and Architectural Designers and Project Managers
The company is owned and led by Steve Rosling who has many years in the commercial design and build field both in New Zealand and internationally. The company's prime business is design and development, followed by the management of the project through to completion. Our range of expertise and experience covers hospitality, retail and commercial projects. In the nine years of the company, we have undertaken many projects, both large and small throughout New Zealand and more recently Fiji.
Being Christchurch based we are also well aware of, and are part of the Canterbury rebuild. Like other companies we were temporarily displaced after the 2011 earthquake but are now back in our CBD offices. We are passionate about seeing our city renewed and being part of that process. To date we can say we have.
Element 17 works with a chosen group of partners and sub-contractors that have a proven track record of completing work on time, to a high standard, within budgetary constraints, and are able to work with the other partners or sub-contractors. These relationships have been developed over the years and have proved extremely satisfactory to our clients.
Where projects are of the size or complexity that requires expertise outside our field, then we adopt a partnering approach with other organisations to achieve the best result for the client.
